The architecture illustrates how client-held assets remain separate from execution permissions, with policy validation and risk monitoring operating independently from transaction execution.
Account Structure
Client participation is structured through segregated on-chain accounts with defined mandates and execution controls.
Segregated Accounts
Client assets are held in a dedicated on-chain account under their control.
Individual Mandates
Each account operates under a defined mandate established before execution.
Non-Pooled Structure
There is no aggregation of client capital or shared exposure across accounts.
Customisation Scope
Strategy parameters are tailored to the client’s objectives, constraints, and time horizon.
Eligibility and Terms
This structure is intended for allocations typically exceeding USD 100,000 (or equivalent).
Allocations may be denominated in stablecoins or major digital assets, including BTC, ETH, SOL, and HYPE.
Accounts are subject to a 2% management fee and a 20% performance-based fee, applied at the account level.
